Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Damson Plum Jam
- ½ Cup Berries
- 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 100ml Water
Method:
- Bring a saucepan over low heat
- Add Berries, Brown Sugar, Chia Seeds and Water. Stir and let simmer whilst pulping/pureeing the berries until a sauce-like texture. The Chia Seeds should have expanded - you should now have a pulpy substance.
- Add Damson Plum Jam and gently stir until dissolved.
- Take off heat and let cool.
- Store in airtight jars and enjoy with crackers, bread, granola, you name it!
