Cheese Board

    Ingredients
    • Digestive biscuits
    • Water crackers
    • Wedge blue cheese
    • Wedge of aged cheddar
    • Wedge or small round of vintage Gouda
    • 1 pot of Damson Plum Paste
    • Walnuts & almonds
    • Muscatels & grapes

    Method

    Take cheese out of the refrigerator several hours before serving to allow cheese to come up to room temperature. Arrange ingredients decoratively on a platter.

    Serves 6-8 people.
