Chicken and Mushroom Burger

Ingredients

Burger buns
Chicken tenderloins
Mushrooms
Lettuce
Cheese
1 tbsp Damson Plum Jelly
Tomato
Mayonnaise

Method

In separate frying pans, fry chicken tenderloins and mushrooms until cooked. Prepare buns by cutting in half and placing cheese on one half. Toast both halves of bun in oven until cheese has melted. Once toasted, remove from oven and spread mayonnaise and Damson jelly over the bottom halves of the buns. Layer chicken, mushrooms, tomato, and lettuce onto the bun and finish with cheesy bun lid.
