"US" is Margie Chambers and Catherine Rusby. We are friends first and business partners in the New Zealand Damson Company. Through chance decisions and life changes we have found our way to launching the DAMSON COLLECTION. We are both passionate about many things, but important to you is that we love to eat, entertain and we adore Damsons. We wanted to work in a business that would allow us to represent our personal values in our business dealings. This starts with a sustainable approach to growing our fruit and extends into the kitchen where we ensure only quality ingredients are used. We don't need or want preservatives... so we don't use them. All our products are hand made with care and enthusiasm. |

Our Customers and Suppliers
Our customers and suppliers are important members of our team. We will always deal ethically and honestly with them. For our customers; we will never quibble over product quality issues. If it's not right, we will replace it. For our suppliers; we are only looking for partnerships that benefit both sides. One-sided relationships are not sustainable nor are they gratifying.
Margie (the founder) personally makes/oversees the production of our wonderful products and handles all of the company administration (bless her). Catherine manages Customer Care and Sales as well as anything technical. We both know that team work is the only way to get things done well – and we think we have a great team.
We believe life is to be enjoyed surrounded with people we care about and we know you can be proud to serve and share the DAMSON COLLECTION products with your family and friends ... these products are MADE TO EAT.
